Scrum-half Isaac Boss and flank Dominic Ryan are in doubt for Leinster's first home game of the new PRO12 season against the Dragons at the RDS on Saturday.
There are several further injury concerns for the Leinster management arising from Saturday's shock defeat away to the Scarlets.
Ireland scrum-half Boss sat out training on Monday after hyper-extending his elbow during the first half in Llanelli and he will continue to be monitored by the medical team ahead of Friday's team announcement.
Ryan, meanwhile, rolled over his right ankle and underwent a scan on Monday with results not yet available.
Hookers Richardt Strauss (stinger) and Aaron Dundon (cut above his left eye which required stitches) and wing Fionn Carr (nose) also suffered knocks but the management remain hopeful that all three will be available.
Leo Cullen and Quinn Roux are set to be added to the panel in a match which saw another lock, Tom Denton, make his senior bow for the province. Ian Madigan also became the latest player to pass the half century mark.
It is anticipated that the international contingent will be available for selection over rounds three and four of the PRO12.
